How dispatch works

Four steps from stranded to rolling.

No app to download, no membership to register, no call center to navigate. Pick up the phone and you're in the system.

  1. 01

    Call dispatch

Tap to call (469) 340-3500. A live human picks up — usually within two rings — and asks three things: your exact location, your vehicle, and what's wrong. No hold music, no menu.

  2. 02

    Lock in price + ETA

We quote the flat rate before any truck moves. You hear the technician's name, the truck number, and a real-time ETA based on traffic and the technician's current location.

  3. 03

    Stay safe and wait

Hazards on, seatbelts on, doors locked. Dispatch stays available the entire time — call back if anything changes, like a tow operator showing up unexpectedly or your situation getting more urgent.

  4. 04

    On-site service

Technician confirms vehicle and problem, performs the job (most under 30 minutes after arrival), and collects payment via card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or cash. You get a digital receipt by text.

Coverage snapshot

Eight major DFW highways, around the clock.

We don't just say "DFW coverage" and hope for the best. Below is the actual list of highway corridors our technicians work every shift, and the recurring patterns we see on each one.

  • I-35E

Denton through downtown Dallas to Waxahachie — heavy commute traffic and frequent flats.

  • I-35W

Denton to downtown Fort Worth and south to Burleson — long stretches with limited shoulder.

  • I-30

Fort Worth to Dallas to Rockwall — game-day artery for AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Field.

  • I-20

Southern beltway from Weatherford through Arlington and out to Mesquite.

  • I-635 (LBJ)

The northern Dallas loop — managed lanes, fast traffic, frequent battery and tire calls.

  • Dallas North Tollway

Downtown Dallas to Frisco/Prosper — corporate corridor with heavy weekday volume.

  • PGBT (190)

President George Bush Turnpike — Plano, Garland, Richardson, Irving, Grand Prairie.

  • SH-121

DFW Airport to Frisco/McKinney — airport, mall, and stadium traffic in one.

Pricing

From $49. No surprises. No after-hours upcharge.

The number you hear on the phone is the number you pay when the technician arrives. We don't tack on a "fuel surcharge" at 2 a.m. or a "holiday rate" on Memorial Day weekend. Here's what's actually included in the base call.

Live human dispatch — no app, no membership.

Live ETA before any truck leaves the yard.

Travel time to your exact location anywhere in DFW.

On-site labor for the quoted job.

Multi-year warranty on installed batteries.

Digital receipt by text or email.

How we estimate ETA

Real numbers, not marketing promises.

"30 minutes anywhere in DFW" is a slogan, not a service level. Real ETAs depend on three things: the current location of the closest available truck, current highway conditions, and the complexity of the job ahead of yours.

Our dispatcher checks all three before quoting an ETA window. For a downtown Dallas highway call at 6 p.m., a tight 20–30 minute window is realistic. For a rural Denton county call at 3 a.m., a 35–55 minute window is honest. We don't lowball to win the call and then keep you waiting an extra hour.

If anything changes — a wreck on I-635, a longer-than-expected lockout ahead of yours, a technician swap — dispatch will call you back with a revised ETA. That's a hard rule.
