Do you service electric vehicles?Yes: Yes. We handle EV tire changes, EV lockouts including frunk and phone-as-key failures, and the 12-volt auxiliary battery that strands most EVs. We do not charge a depleted traction battery on the roadside.
Do you service hybrids?Yes: Yes. Hybrid 12-volt batteries, jump starts, tires, lockouts and fuel are all standard work for us. We follow the manufacturer jump points rather than clamping the traction system.
Do you service motorcycles?Yes, with limits: Yes, with limits. Tires, batteries, jump starts and locked ignition or fuel-tank locks only. We do not tow motorcycles — for that you need a motorcycle-rated flatbed.
Do you service RVs and campers?Yes, with limits: Yes, with limits. Tires, house and chassis batteries, diesel-rated jump starts and lockouts on Class A, B and C motorhomes, fifth-wheels and travel trailers. We do not tow RVs.
Do you service commercial vans and box trucks?Yes: Yes. Fleet vans, box trucks and tractors get priority dispatch, heavy-duty jump starts from a 4250-amp pack, tire work, batteries and fuel. Fleets can be invoiced directly instead of paying at the roadside.
Can you repair a run-flat tire?Yes, with limits: Yes, with limits. A run-flat can be repaired only if it was never actually driven on while flat — driving it flat damages the reinforced sidewall invisibly. We inspect on-site and tell you the call before charging.
Can you change low-profile and large-diameter wheels?Yes: Yes. We carry protective jack pads and bead tools for low-profile and large-diameter alloy wheels, so the rim is not scarred during the change.
What if my wheel has a locking lug nut and I lost the key?Yes, with limits: Usually yes. We carry extraction sockets that remove most locking lug nuts without the key. If a lug is seized or the stud is damaged, the wheel has to come off at a shop instead.
What if I don't have a spare tire?Yes, with limits: Often yes. If the puncture is in the repairable tread area we plug-patch and air it to spec. If it isn't, we can source and mount a replacement tire on-site instead.
Do you tow?No: No. We are a non-tow roadside company. If your vehicle needs to be moved rather than fixed where it sits, you need a flatbed service — we will tell you that plainly instead of dispatching a truck.
Do you do mechanical repairs?No: No. We fix what strands a driver at the roadside — tires, batteries, jump starts, lockouts and fuel. Alternators, starters, transmissions and collision damage belong in a shop.
